Refund policy
Returns
If there is something wrong with your order or missing, please contact us at jessica@cutesoshop.com so that we can fix the issue. If you must absolutely return your order, please contact me within 14 days of purchase date and ship the items back to me within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
All custom orders and digital items are final sale.
CuteSo Studios is not responsible if your product does not get to you by a certain date. No refunds will be issued for orders that were delivered after an expected date. If the order is important, reach out to me first. Please email me directly at jessica@cutesoshop.com if you need your order within a specific time frame, I can let you know if this is 1. doable or 2. if you would like to purchase expedited shipping for your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges.
Refunds
